Assault Vest Tyranitar

This has been a dream of mine for a few years in the making, I always used the assault vest Tyranitar build since Pokémon Emerald when I started learning more about competitive play, but no one had drawn what that would look like. Thankfully my professors Cliff Cramp and Christian Hill had me sketch out this idea for homework years ago, and after an initial pass, I let it rest during quarantine. Finally, this dude is done and I feel I did an excellent job on it, thank you so much, Jason, Liem, Rob, Kris, Jerome, Lloyd, and everyone else for the critiques and advice!
